According to Alfa Romeo Automobilisimo Storico, chassis number AR1470062 originally corresponds to an Alfa Romeo 1750 Spider Veloce RHD (105.58) manufactured on the 12th March 1968 and sold on the 1st April 1968 to Alfa Romeo U.K. Original body colour Alfa Rosso with black skai interiors.
With only 494 UK RHD 1750 Veloce Spiders produced this model is the most desirable of the round-tail Spiders.
This Spider is a joy to drive and has recently benefitted from a lower end engine rebuild, replacement Koni Classic shock absorbers, front suspension bushes and a 123 electronic ignition distributor.
Presented in it's original Alfa Rosso exterior with black interior and hood it has been previously re trimmed by the expert Alfa Romeo coach trimmers T A Coburn to their usual high standards and has a good history file.
It is both a pleasure to look at and drive and was professionally Waxoyl treated underneath to ensure it is fully protected to enable you to enjoy this lovely Spider with peace of mind.
This year is the 50th anniversary of the launch of the round-tail Spiders and values are rising even more than usual. Please call for further details or to arrange a viewing.
